Our maintenance and management services cover the full spectrum of tasks required to upkeep and maintain dwelling units and small businesses.

Sample services include scheduled unit inspections, walkthroughs, one-off repairs, ongoing maintenance, tenant management activities, apartment turnovers, commercial make-ready projects, and code compliance assistance.

Work can be performed on an individual basis for smaller items, or through customized retainer contracts for longer-term engagements



General Contracting

We offer full-service general contracting services for residential and smaller-scale commercial projects. Our capabilities include all phases of full exterior and interior construction and remodeling, with the necessary labor being kept in-house whenever possible.

We will work directly with architects and local jurisdictional authorities to prepare and approve plans as needed, apply for necessary permitting, and ensure regulatory compliance and successful inspections.



Commercial Build-Outs

On behalf of owner-users and landlords, we are capable of planning and executing on a variety of commercial build-out and make-ready projects in the smaller-scale commercial space. Target market segments would include professional offices, healthcare and medical office space, and retail-oriented buildings.

These projects often require significant coordination with local regulatory bodies and a variety of skilled trades. They may also require a formally documented project proposal, thorough architectural and engineering blueprints, and a robust compliance and certificate of occupancy inspection process.

Beyond providing labor and on-site project management, we can coordinate this entire workflow, from initial plan conception and review, straight through to tenant improvements and final occupancy.

Being invested in the regional real estate market ourselves, we are well-positioned to work with local investors and real estate agents throughout and following the acquisition process.

Prior to acquisition, we can provide formal cost estimates and improvement proposals, which can greatly assist investors in gauging their potential return scenarios. After a transaction closes, we can work with the owner to transition the property into the necessary conditions for either cashflow or remarketing.

We are also comfortable working with banks to obtain construction loans and coordinate subsequent disbursements.

Furthermore, if creative funding solutions are needed for a potential commercial project, there are situations where we may be able to partner with a prospective buyer or occupant to take equity in a property in addition to providing our building services.
